At My Real Change, every order is shipped with care. Here is what to expect.
Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend and no surprise delivery charge at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery times
Because our products ship directly from our supply partners, delivery times vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
- United Kingdom & Australia: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of customs, peak seasons, or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will chase it up for you.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. Please allow a few days for the tracking to start updating.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your own country. These are set by your government, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the price you pay us.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
